Questions?

What is the difference between a car wash and a detail?

As the name implies, the detailing is more in-depth cleaning. Car wash is more of a maintenance cleaning. If your car is very dirty or has not been cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with a detail.

Are both these services waterless?

No, both our car washes and detail services use water. We will need access to your garden hose or spigot to provide the services.

How does waterless car wash/detailing work?

Waterless car wash/detailing work is based on spray-on wipe-off products. This service is not suitable for dirty cars.

Over time are these products good for my car paint?

All of our products are eco-friendly and water-based. They do not hurt the car’s paintjob – actually the opposite; the ingredients in our products protect the the paint making it last longer.

If you do use water how does it work? Do you hook up to the water at my house?

Yes, we will need access to a garden hose or water spigot.

I live in an apartment and don’t have access to a spigot, can I still get your services?

If you simply do not have access to a water spigot, we can offer you a waterless wash service. Please note, this is not suitable for heavily soiled cars.

I have a dark-colored car that has lines and swirls in the paint, can you get rid of those? Which of the two services should I book to make that happen?

Scratches, lines and swirls are often caused by imperfections in the paint. Some of them can be buffed out. However, that is not a service we offer. Please take a picture of the blemish and send it to us using our contact us page, we’d be happy to take recommendations on the next steps.

Is getting my car washed twice a month good for the paint?

Absolutely! The sooner dirt is washed off, the better off the paint is. The products we use do not hurt the paint job at all.

I have done some research on other car detailing companies and their prices are much higher, why is that, are you doing less?

No. We try to be competitive in our pricing while giving the best service. We do not cut corners in our work or the products we use. Our overhead costs are low, and we are able to pass those savings onto our customers.

Does your price include a tip?

No. Tips are not mandatory, but always appreciated for a job well done.

What is a typical tip for this type of service?

Tips are always appreciated! Usually our clients tip us $20-$50 depending on the level of effort and size of the vehicle.

Can I pay the tip with an app or credit card?

At this time, we’re not set up to do that.

What about the water runoff, is it environmentally safe?

We use 3D products that are safe. However, in Loudon County, we offer waterless washes to adhere to the local ordinances regarding water runoff.

Do I need to empty my car before the service?

We ask you to remove all valuables, empty the center console and glove box prior to the service. Don’t worry about removing the trash, we’ll take care of it.

How long do your services take?

Detailing takes anywhere from 2-3 hours. The regular car wash service takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

What if it rains, do we need to reschedule?

Unless it is a heavy downpour, we don’t reschedule service because of rain.
